A Heritage Club of Jamshedpur, Golmuri Golf Club bar was in dire need of a revamp, which did not let go of the heritage quotent yet was modern and functional. The ambience of the bar was framed with the use of rustic and original architectural features of the building, while working around them are a modern bar, wifi, charging points, etc. We also incorporate existing furniture’s by upscaling, modifying and reusing them.
Bare brick finish walls without plaster, the ceilings were kept bare with exposed, electrical conduits, AC Ducting, framed Mesh ceiling panels & rustic light fittings suspended from the main roof slab, and walls play together to further accentuate the ambience. The final aspect of the vintage rustic look has been achieved by the use of unique bar related accessories that have been sourced from various antique shops and auction houses from all over Kolkata. The bar was thrown open to its patrons by the MD of TATA Tinplate Mr. Tarun Daga and the immenent film director Mr. Imtiyas Ali.
