Casa Broadway was a boutique hotel that caters to the budget concious patron seeking a homely ambience while on the move. The look of the hotel is a mix of rustic and vintage, with 22 rooms, 2 banquets one on the ground floor and one on the roof top. The look of the rooms are contemporary with a rustic vintage feel.

This was a project management work, cordinating with the architect based out of Delhi. The entire 2000sft bar was stripped out of its old interiors. New non-functional and dead spaces around bar were added, columns shifted and re-strengthened, acoustic works done and new light and sound systems intergrated to bring the new bar at par with the best.

Machan is an open air pavillion over looking the pristine golf course at Golmuri Golf club, the main purpose of Machan during daytime is for players to congregate prior to and during the course of the game to discuss and strategise while enjoying the hospitallity offered to its patrons by the club, by evening the place offers a warm and cosy alfresco dining experience to club patrons and visitors, keeping this in mind the look and feel of machan was upscaled to suit multipurpose activities while blending in with the colonial heritage of the club through a exposed brick finish with stone floor and wether resistant furniture suited to the ambience of the place.

A quaint little bakery tucked away at a corner of an almost 100 years old buidling, in Jamshedpur. The bakery shifted to a 600sft store in the famed Hotel Boulevard, on Bistupur road. The concept of good food, relaxed ambience and great music; paying ode to the famous Dave Brubeck were of paramount importance, along with the use of quirky and sustainable design features. We have incorporated railway sleeper wood and cement into flooring; old furnitures refurbished, repainted and repolished; quirky vintage curios, teapots, cups and suacers; exposed bricks, old doors and tiles into the design of the bakery. The bakery was completed in a record 2.5 months, just in time for a grand Christmas opening. We further went to design and execute 5 other outlets in noted clubs and the mall for the bakery.

The owners of this well known restaurant of the city had been friends and patrons to our design philosophy. Hence when they decided to expand to the states, we were their choice to design the space too. Design brief was to infuse a sense of the brand to the space.
United club, Jamshedpur

An almost 90 year old buidling with colonial architecture, with dilapidated and underused spaces, the Heritage Lounge as risen from the dust and grit of the past. We extended the space and restored a half dome to its former glory, with the use of mirror panelling to give an illusion of a full round dome. It was a seamless blend of old meets new. A neutral colour pallete which is spruced up with happier colors as required. Use of cast iron, wood and old photographs of Jamsjedpur plays an integral part of the design element. The project was an immense success, with the MD of TATA Steel Mr. T V Narendran inaugarating the space.
