Led by Swagata Guha, Fine'sse comes with two decades of knowledge and experience, and a portfolio that spans across a wide range of projects tapping some of India’s biggest names and global conglomerates like TATA Group, ITC Limited, Hindustan Uniliver Limited, ICICI Bank, Bandhan Bank, Axis Bank to name a few among others. We also engage in creating bespoke homes, hospitality spaces, exclusive retail design projects and heritage renovations.

Our Ethos: We believe in connecting people to the place. A design process is very similar to a move making process, where both ideas and execution work in tandem to bring the final product to life. We approach each project as a creative process, where every step is a defining one to the final output, on which we portray the intimate relationship between our clients and their spaces to finally deliver a true reflection of our client’s tastes and lifestyles.

With your brief and requirements, we conceptualize the space, draw up a budget and timeline. Our third-party contractors and vendors bring life to our design; with years of experience and adhering to the design and specifications we set forth.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our experience in years of successful design and build is our key strength to project management service. Our team of experts start with a thorough study of the scope of work involved and coordinate with all concerned teams; clients, architects, execution agencies and vendors. We monitor the entire project, on timeline, specifications, budget and most importantly ethics.
